Pic Request: 87-88 Foglight brackets vs. 89+ Foglight brackets

I bought a pair of "87-88 Foglights" yet they don't bolt up. The holes on the foglight brackets are spaced further apart than the mounting points on the car.

Does anyone have pics of these brackets side by side?

i believe the pre 89 brackets are almost an inch longer than the 89+ brackets

im talking about the plate the goes under the bumper to stiffen the mounting surface of the bumper
