ORC clutches?

anyone out there heard anything about ORC "Ogura Racing Clutches"? i was nosing around on a nissan forum and they were talking about them. i went to some japenese sites and they arent priced that bad for twin, triple and four plated clutch kits. any info out there??

Dunno about them I just heard to go with os giken or tilton clutchs for well built supras.

yup

awsome clutch ORC is the maker of os gicken i believe, One warning though once you drive a multi plate clutch there is no going back.:biglaugh:

No ORC and OS Giken are different. I have personally seen them. However they are VERY good clutches. I have owned OS Giken twin plate B types for over 7 years now. And your right....I won't ever go back to a single plate.

so i take it this clutch is worth the money. it cost less than an os giken. is it worth spending the extra $300 for the carbon setup or no?

ORC is relitivly new to the Clutch Market, they have got in in the last couple of years and really have broken some good ground with their stuff, i have only ever heard good about them, even with them being a new company

are these for the 1jzgte tranny or the r154 cause i have an r154 on my car. would the clutch for the 1jzgte fit, are they the same thing?

The Clutch for the 7M and 1J is the same, same goes for the Tranny both are a R154

Ninja Edit, the Fly wheel and bell housing is different

a multi disc clutch is not the same between 7m and 1j, as they ususally come with the flywheel..

a single plate clutch you can order a 7M one for your 1J but like he said Multiplates NORMALLY come with a matching FW
