Alright here we go. Like I said, I am new at this, but 2nd time shooting paint and this is what I could accomplish. I think its more than enough for a DD beater haha. I finished last night taking everything apart around 2am. Man, it looks 2 hours longer than I thought! Some crud got on the passenger side by the shock tower. After it dries and I wetsand it, if it looks like garbage there, I will touch it up with my smaller gun.

Nothing really new. Put the panels back on the car temporarily. I would say 8 bolts and a few zipties are holding the fender/hood/bumpers on at the moment. The bolts I took off were just so nasty.... I cant put them back on. Like I said, it may be my daily beater, but I cannot put back old and busted shit haha. I ordered 100 black flanged bolts (M6x1.0 with a 10mm head) for $10, cant say no to that. The interior is pretty taken apart at the moment... Everything that was in the engine bay is in the car along with my last junkyard run. This week I will be putting everything back together, hopefully.

Also not like you guys have not seen one, but I got a W58 for $100... along with the cheap engine, its pretty budget. Supposed to have 110K miles... regardless, it dry shifts into gear better than the W58 in my SC400. Pretty dirty, but I will clean it up.

Still need to do fusebox side.

Also here is some progression of the engine as far as cleaning it up goes... Also converting from 1995 to 1992 electronics... Makes the EGR removal cake and I also have all the 1992 parts (ECU, MAF, etc)

Well a bit of an update...

I finished all the patch harnesses for the wiring. The engine is nearly complete and ready to aside from a few small things not imperative for it to run. I installed my LS400 brake setup finally, with a 25mm spacer. It has about 1mm of clearance, I got super lucky. Although during this I discovered the driver side SC spindle was involved in an accident and severely bent, no wonder why I kept getting camber issues on that side.

Regardless here are some pics of the LS400 Calipers/12.5" Rotors behind a mesh wheel. Better pics to come, I took them from my cell.

I gotta admit bro...the build up is coming along REAL NICE!! I HAD THE SAME IDEA FOR THOSE SAME WHEELS!! I wasn't sure if they'd fit though. I said to myself "those will look real good in gold or black with a polished lip". Since you did the engine bay so good, mask off the lips and spray the mesh part gold like we're all suggesting. They sit real nice on your car. And the SC is looking boss too! While I love all you guys' ingenuity geting the 1UZ for dirt cheap and putting them in Supras , I just wanna do the LS400 "Big Boy" with a manual swap and twin turbocharge it to have the closest thing to a Chaser in the US. Keep up your good work man!

Some crude, strong and very effective solid mounts. Angle grinder and a 115v miller tig welder made them. Yes these were made in my apt complex :)

Needs a lot of loose ends tied it, but that 1uzfe finally sits inside the bay perfectly!
