i purchased the 98tt/lexus is 300 oil cooler union bolt to adapt my stock 7m oil pressure sending unit and i was wondering about how gain the extra inch of clearance from that water line that sit right in from the the bolt. if i were to bend it, which direction should i bend it? b/c in ricks website(1jz-gte.us) he didn't specify the water line and from the pics he took i couldn't determine what he to the line for the sending unit to fit. if anyone can supply me withe info i would appreciate it.
