well like thd title says, the ecu is not turning on, i checked all my grounds, power on the ecu and efi fuse, i tried to manually put 12volts to b+ on the ecu to start it up, and nothing still, CEL light is not turning on, no fuses are blown, engine cranks perfectly, no spark or fuel, i just rebuilt my motor and before th engine went, the car was running before i pulled the motor, cou theecu havgone bad or a wiring is not letting t ecu turn on, bad or open connection on the wiring? i checked every thing with a multimeter, but some one recently broke into the supra and stole all my tools safc and couple other things, so i need to get this running fast, just incade this supra is a 7mgte, 5spd 88 targa
