by not having and egr system will that cause alot of problems ? i bought the car and the egr system was deleted

Yep. Is it a JDM ecu? If not you'll experience lean conditions under light throttle and light load conditions which will make your engine pop.
yea it s the jdm ecu and im getting really rich conditions and what you mean engine pop ?
