They look great...

I used to have mine running the same way, but the pipes were rubbing a hole under my hood, so I re-routed them... Hopefully they wont do that to ya... And yeah, get that turbo wrapped and I would even wrap the pipe over the turbo, its going to get VERY hot there...

I have the same setup, the pipes get really hot. I'm considering wrapping them. My hood closes alright, hopefully, you'll have no trouble. Looks great BTW. Gotta love a clean pre 89.

Looks good, I've thought about running them that way when I get hardpipes. But FFI is tempting me. Nice garage too!

Heres mine I just got installed. I went for the shortest route possible. I make 4psi at 1500 rpm and 8psi at 2000 rpm! Too bad I have to rebuild my turbo though:icon_conf

Did that take any modification to the snorkle hole? If so, how much? Also, are you running higher compression, or stock? I like the sound of getting into boost so low.

I assume your talking to me. Stockish compression, head and block were slightly shaved once, with stock HG. I havent noticed that make a difference to anything else though. Yes it took modification to the snorkel hole and the piece of sheetmetal the headlight motor mounts to.

Yes I was, sorry about any confusion. Two very nice set ups in one thread, I like it.
