New supra mk3 owner

Hey everyone, im 18 years old and live in curacao and island in the Caribbean off the coast of Venezuela, and just bought my first car and it was a 1991 supra mk3, i bought it as a rolling chassis with tein super street coilovers, the car is in perfect condition, it used to be a show car. my plans for the car are to put a 1jz-gte with a R154 gearbox. the car came with a welded differential, with time and money i would like to change it to a mechanical differential. if there are any suggestions i would love to hear them.
