New kits coming for the 1jz.

-Single turbo manifold
-Polished IC hardpipes for stock IC
-Polished upper radiator hardpipes.

ya, single turbo manifold will be hot (if it's external wastegate). right now mine just has an adapter pipe comming off the 2 stock manifolds

Stock IC pipe setup?

What's the I.D. of these pipes, from what material will they be made, and what will be their routing [air filter snorkel hole, or fender-well route?]?

These will be polished stainless steel and follow the same path as the stock piping does. I believe diameter will be 2 1/2

Yes, I will check into the aluminum. Most of them use SS OR MILD STEEL, but I am sure i can make a custom aluminum kit maybe. No pics of the pipes yet. about 2-3 weeks. Business is getting busy!

The price will be 600.00. I think shipping will come out to 635.00 to the 48 states. All polished, custom gaskets for the head flange, turbo flange, WG flange, includes WG flange for the HKS 40/50mm and Tial 40mm gates.

whoa.. that's hot. I'm going to be diving into a 1JZ soon and may be interested in the IC piping and possibly the manifold.. What will the pricing be on the IC piping?

What is the gauge of piping used for the manifolds? Is it pretty thick SS?
You making these all by hand? Or will someone be producing them once the proto is completed?

wow, manifold looks really good! whats your prices looking like for the manifold. im doing a 1jz in a 90' cressida, and i need all my piping done! im looking to have the car done in about 2-3 weeks. im supposed to get my car wired up in 2 weeks so once thats taken care of ill drop the engine and tranny in my car and i'll just need my piping done after that, so holla at me with some numbers man, thanks!
