That Mica is nice in my opinion i don't think any of the colors you listed will look bad, And can't go wrong with any of them. I Just painted mine 1EO Flint Mica DK Grey its really nice.

Juhanis amd Sawbladz,
Did you guys not read the post??
I don't do things half assed, I will have more then enough money to strip the WHOLE car to the bare metal, Seam weld the stiches, And have the WHOLE car repainted including parts that will never see the light of day. Now second question, If Duane (Upgradedsupra) asked the same question would you have replyed to him in the same way... Um No. So in all honestly I question the manner in which you maintain/modify your respective cars if you can not take the additional time to read and comprehend the COMPLETE post.

OEM color.

You may say you won't do it half assed, but when you have to pay for it (I've seen $10K paintjobs and I could still tell it wasn't factory), I think you'll change your mind...

3E5 is the shit anyway, but I'm partial. The green is alright, but too sedate. Black is black... means it's a bitch to keep clean and take care of. I love a black car, but the upkeep would drive me nuts!

Stitch weld is fine, seem welding is bad.

Cross quoted form another thread:

Stitch think dotted lines on toilet paper the idea being if a crack starts it ends at the gap in the weld, Seam is continuous and if a crack starts it goes right to the end and the structure fails.

Wow, sensing a little hostility there son. You mad?

This thread is stupid to begin with so I read the main post, a few other reply's, and then posted my thoughts. In the first place, threads like this are pathetic. It's like you have to ask mommy permission to spend your own money. Grow a pair and pick the colour you like. What the fuck does it matter what the popular opinion of Supramania is?

And secondly, if you don't care what our opinion is, wtf is the point of the thread? To brag about how you have lots of money now to spend on your car? Looking for a big pat on the back? Not fucking likely to get one from me.

If Duane had asked the question, I would have told him to paint it OEM colour. Though I seriously doubt he would ask the question in the first place.

Who the fuck do you think you are to question the manner in which I modify my car? Get over yourself. You made it on my ignore list so I will never have to spend my time on you ever again.

First in line for the paddlings bitches.

I'd paint it which ever color you feel is best for your car. I didn't pant mine OEM but it's close. I wanted it a little lighter. I've had a few cheap shots thrown at me on here because I didn't spend ten thousand dollars to get it painted, but it's my car and it looks perfect to me. Good luck with yours. Now where's the woman with the paddle?

Just for the record. If this turns into a pissing contest or name calling free for all, it will be locked.........:: rant3 ::

Personally I think gunmetal metallic grey on a MKIII is sex.

But that's just me.

(And yes, Theresa will get handed a ban hammer if you clowns turn something as simple as color change thread into a flamewar... You have been warned, she is nowhere near as nice as me.)
