NEO issues

I test drove it (ricer style with no hood) and it liked to idle around 2000 RPM's and if I touched the gas a little the thottle would jump to 18% and would only reset if I gave a quick blip of WOT. My NEO has done this before and I don't know why. Anybody able to shed some light on the subject?:1zhelp:

Got the problem fixed and it wasn't the NEO that was wrong.

No, mechanical. I positioned my DM hard fuel line at the wrong angle so it was rubbing on my throttle lever on my throttle body. :slap:
