NEED QUICK HELP!

we are putting my motor in right now. can anyone show me a picture or describe how the tranny bolts to the engine. i think i may be missing something but im not sure. thanks

2 bolts by the head, 2 a lil lower, 2 on each side on the brackets. and dont forget the starter.

the plate at the bottom of the tranny isnt fitting right..any ideas on that?

maybe the rubber at the top if its still intact, or maybe its backward. i dont remeber too much though. been a while since ive been down that way.

its not backwards, what do you mean by the rubber intact?

do you see how its not fitting? also the engine wings arent fitting right.

i think i remeber reading somewhere that theres a shim in between the engine/trans. i didnt notice one when i changed my clutch.


is everything already tighented up snug? loosen it up and slide it up and line up all the bolts before you try to snug it up.

as far as the rubber, mine has a rubber lip right there by the rear of the crank.

ya that ruber lip is there, its suposed to be there right? and is there a spacer in between the driver side engine/tranny wing? were it bolts up to the block.
