So the turbo ct26 finally took a crap, so I ordered a new one but I need help with the exhaust manifold is this a direct bolt-on to Factory location has anyone bought this before give me some input please

I have the same one, and although I have not test fitted yet, the guy who i bought it from fitted it and it fit with minor modification. So it should work for you if you have the ability to atleast wollow out some of the holes!

My main concern is after installing it will the turbo be in the same location that am able to install piping with no problems

So you are getting a another ct26 turbo and but want a aftermarket exhaust manifold?

I would just keep the OEM manifold and used the money to get the CT26 rebuilt and upgrade. (Esp if you don't want to work on getting a full system setup)

That's a t4 manifold. So no it will not be in the same spot.
