Need Help Reading Ohm Device

Im having trouble on how to read this device. In the TSRM to check AFM it said to see how much resistance the AFM putting out http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=FI&P=96. Now I did find out. It told me .956 under the 2K selection of the ohm reader. So my question is how much is it since I have to compare it to readings of thousands. Thanks

Whats the meter at? Seems like either your on the wrong mode or the afm is bad unless its 100*f out.

That test is only for the air temp sensor as well. If the engine runs fine dont worry about it.

i read mine more accurate using the 20k, it read 2.34 at 70 degree temp. (2,300~ ohms) which was within spec of the TSRM.

He's in El Paso, it's definately 100 degrees of more out...

Yea the car runs like crap because of it. I get a code 31 but I want to make sure it wasnt AFM. It is pretty hot outside 2.

Im also using a lexus afm housing with the a 7mgte meter if that helps any.

That resistance only checks the temp sensor in the AFM, not the main part of the meter.

.956 in kOHMs is 956 ohms

Id take the lexus housing off unless you have 550 injectors.
