Additional Comments:

This laptop is in really good shape. Overall, the appearance is excellent. I bought it to be a powerhouse laptop, when in turn, I should have been looking for a smaller, ultraportable one. I have replaced the video card with an NVIDIA Quadro 570M 256MB GDDR3 and it works perfectly. I also replaced the Wifi card with a Broadcom 4312 wireless PCI-E card. With the price, you will receive the original video card (ATI Mobility HD2600) and the original wifi card (Intel 4965AGN). I will reinstall either for you on request. The screen is a 1680x1050 15.4" widescreen, which is a perfect resolution for the 15.4" in my opinion. The setup is intended for OSX, which is what I have running on it right now, but will come with your choice of either XP SP3 or Vista Business installed.

Seems pretty good. Do you have the keys for the opperating systems as well?

BTW, vista is kind of a no-no with 2gb on a laptop. I would rather see XP on there.

About Dell's Customer Service:

EVERYTHING sucks about it, until you get the XPS line. I'm dead serious - you get on the line with Habeeb from India until you tell them it's an XPS, then they transfer you to Rick from Georgia, who speaks proper English, and doesn't have a list to run down.

XPS hardware has a COMPLETELY different customer support system in place. And it's fucking 100% top notch, both times I've used it (m1210 and m1330 owner)

Just to reiterate - Dell's XPS Customer Service is the BEST I've ever dealt with, in 17 years of computer repair with everyone from Packard Bell (don't ask) to original Compaq, to Acer and now Asus.
