need a good VE and ignition tables

Hey guys i need to see if any body is willing to send me a good VE table and Ignition table. I am getting ready to install a MS3X in my 7m mk3. i would like to get them off a megasquirt, but they do not have to be i just want to use them as a reference point when setting the car up.

I have that!
I was running:
7M-GTE
stock coils controlled by three bosch 124 modules
stock injectors with stock resistor pack
Homemade exhaust
Homemade IC pipes with a spearco replica IC

and of course MS3 PCB v3.0 with MS3X
