Need 7MGE base timing map

Wondering if anyone could help me out with a base timing map for the 7MGE.

I am currently tuning a Megasquirt 3 on my '87 Supra and need to figure out the starting points for the timing map. I managed to find that stock it runs about 12* at idle and have been able to adjust at least my idle.

If I can find the advance according to RPM, I should be able to get at least a basic starting point for tuning the timing.

evenly increase from 12 to 33 btdc by the time your at 3000rpm and then keep it there till redline. that will work for a crude map then you could street tune it to fix it up a little then take it to a dyno to get it perfect
