I'm Dave Christie. I own Friendswood Golf Course in Camby Indiana, which also happens to be the SCCA Rally X venue for Central Indiana. This is my $300 Toyota Supra. I recycled the cat and the battery for $73. Lowering my initial purchase price to $227.
I am on a team called "Team Friendswood Supra". Our team is made up of 4 SCCA racers and this is our $600 car.
We are racing an event called MotoRally X on September 1st. The basic rules are you cant spend over $600 on your car. Spend as much as you want on safety equipment and tune up stuff. We are running Hankook Ice Bear tires on it, its dirt racing.
Anyways, thats the basics.
I joined Supramania because I need some cheap rear rotors, rear calipers, and rear pads. Maybe some other stuff to.
