Is that the HKS exhaust you had on there?[/QUOTE]

I just had the DM intercooler installed (not back from shop yet), just curious.. where did you end up putting the coolant overflow bottle and the oil cooler?

Looking at mine with the bumper on, I think I may get an A-Duct (If that's the right name) that would allow airflow through the middle of the bumper. The top half of the intercooler isn't really exposed to any airflow that I can see.
Well for the coolant overflow bottle, I have it on the opposite side of where it used to be at. I'm going to move it because I don't really trust that spot since the corner of the intercooler is just touching it. Don't want to be driving along and hitting a bumping causing a hole in the coolant overflow bottle. As for the oil cooler, I moved it to the right side of the right crash bar. There is two holes there and I created a new bracket for it. If you look at the picture, it is the two holes on the left side of the picture under the passenger headlights.

Mine is now under the driverside headlight. You have to have the light up to see it, and the lines have been drawn with black permanent marker so I can see it. Built a bracket for it to go down there. Sits nice and hidden. Wil have pics up when the snow stops. Do you have a photo of your piping from the fender to the intake?

Was also able to install mine without removing the bumper. There is a vent we can get for our bumper (3 holes that goes into the bumper bar) that I may put on mine to give some extra air flow into that area. I also moved the oil cooler to the top right of the core in front of the core. Thats actually a fairly large IC core... only half of it gets exposed (less on a stock bumper)

Well been a while since I lasted updated this thread so here I go. Last summer I was driving my Supra every day but I was losing coolant. I knew I had a broken head gasket so in the middle of summer, I decided to start doing my head gasket replacement. Bought me plenty of parts including a gasket kit, downpipe, waterpump, and arp head studs.IMAG0232.jpg

Then I started ripping the engine apart. After a couple of hours of taking apart the engine, I was able to remove the exhaust part of the engine and almost done with the intake part. IMAG0237.jpg And this was the pile of parts I taken off the car. IMAG0238.jpg Sorry for the shitty quality. The next morning, I got back into it. I was able to get the valve covers off to get to the head bolts. IMAG0241.jpgIMAG0241.jpg I was able to pull the head off and I see there is coolant in cylinder six. Don't of pictures of the actually cylinder but there wasn't alot of coolant in it. Took off the head gasket and this is what I see. IMAG0291.jpgIMAG0292.jpg The head gasket mainly broken by cylinder six. When I was about to take my head to the machine shop, one of my friends was selling his head. It was rebuilt to stock specs with only around 7k miles on it and he said he will sell it to me for $150. He also said it was machined flat already. So I decided to get his head cause it will save me some effort. When I got the head back, I decided to polished my valve covers. I knew it was gonna take a while but I didn't think it would take as long as it did. After a couple hours of polishing one of the valve covers, I gave up on chroming it. This is would it look like. IMAG0262.jpg I got tired of sanding the valves so I said fuck it. I'll probably power coat it black later on.

So back to assembling the engine back together. It took 2 days(on and off) but I was able to get the engine mostly back together. IMAG0286.jpg IMAG0285.jpg After having trouble of the CPS and timing, I was finally able to start up the car. I was so happy that it started on so easily. This is the video of it first starting up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fg07NWW3JMA&feature=youtu.be After I got it running and filled the car with coolant, I took it for a test drive. When I was driving it around, I noticed that everytime I pressed gas down to around 50% the car will hesitate alot then it would gradually go. When I took it back home, I checked the engine and I forgot to plug the AFM sensor in. After that, it was running good. First head gasket job complete!

A couple days after the completed head gasket job, I decided to clean the car really good. I washed, vacuumed the car. I cleaned up all my rims. Before IMAG0189.jpgIMAG0191.jpg After IMAG0190.jpgIMAG0192.jpg Looks way better. After I decided to buy some new shoes for my girl. Went with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 in 245/45/17. IMAG0230.jpgIMAG0231.jpgThey are great. After getting it all prettied up, I went to some local car shows.
