Done, thanks speedy for your help, here it is....not the best but all so not the worst for my 1st attempt :)

the background looked a lot better when every thing was darker but then you couldn't see the car...had to do an in between one.
any info on how to improve would be much appreciated, thanks :)

I use photomatrix(see my avatar and sig), the link is in the hdr tutorial on the stickies of this section. just use the trial version. The only problem is that when you finish you hdr pic your going to have the photomatrix word/logo on the pic there are about three of them, I just photoshop them out though lol, give it a shot and if you want you can just buy the program I think its like 30 something dollars. gl
