Finally picked up my Supra. Its an 88 NT with the sport package (130,000 miles), only needs a clutch to be completely functional. These are just some quick pics I took with my phone while it was still in my buddies garage, Ill upload more once I wash it.

You can see the rafters from the ceiling of the garage. Not bad for 17yr old paint with a yr and a half of dust on it.

I kinda wish it didnt have a spoiler, but Im assuming that is part of the whole sport package deal, but its got the TEMS and LSD, so Im happy!

The raggedy looking thing on the lower half of the driver seat is a seat cover, I was pleasantly suprised when I took it off and nothing was wrong with the seats what so ever

Nice find! I've also got an '88 N/A with the sport package and it has no spoiler. That appears to be an '87 spoiler to me.

Is the car red or burgandy?

Its a very bright red, and yeah, next on the list for me is definitely boost. I dont plan on doing anything to it right now except the clutch swap and changing the struts for the hood and hatch, all my extra funds will go towards a swap (7mgte).

my '88 N/A came with sport package and the spoiler too, I just took the spoiler off, its not like its hard to patch up the holes, and it looks so much cleaner without it.

NIce purchase.....I bought a 90 n/a with the sport package, but it has no tems or spoiler, but does have the lsd.It had 146,000 on the odo. need a clutch master cylinder, and slave along with a tune up.Couldnt have been happier until i got rod knock a week later because of awful oil consumption.Drove it everyday 50 miles one way to school and back and a year later and 30 k on the rod knock she finally blew up.Now i gota jdm n/a and she purs like a kitten.Just watch your oil and she will be good to you.

Update! I still havent had a chance to wash it, but I did take my california duster to the outside of it really quick. And the interior is still filthy, I know. But its in hella good shape to be so old.

Hey I just bought a $1000 Supra myself! Although the body isn't as nice as yours mine is turbo w/ gay auto. I had to fix a couple things, and I still have one problem but I think its a nice catch. Yours appears to be as well. GL

Here's my $1000 Supra.

Its' an 86.5 NA with 98k miles. I sprung for a 5 yr 100k mile warranty for an extra $1000. Mechanically she's almost perfect, but the body's kinda rough. Need a paint job and a new front fender.
