i won a very small computer on the Ebay there and intend to use it for data loging with my MAFT Pro....

with that being it's only purpose i plan to mount it in the glove box or some similiar location. now i was wondering about the power for it... how should i wire it? i was looking at DC-to-AC converters i assume i should use one rated for 120V[as if it were a house outlet] they have cig lighter ones, but i want the car to look clean inside.

can i just pick up a unit at the radio shack and use that??

it's just a ruff idea but i was hoping to mount the computer and converter both in the glove box and then add a case fan or two to the front wall of the glove box.

anyone done this??

the computer is in the mail... the maft pro is not ordered yet...

this is all theoretical at the moment. if you wanna see the computer get on ebay and look for compaq sff computers that use m700 laptop hot-swap drives. mine was $.06 and like 40 for shipping
