never heard about such a big MHG , and bore seem very big..

It's listed on HKS' site for $230 USD, but I don't see why many people would want this unless it was for an all boost race car...

It's primarily to make up for excessive milling of the head and decking of the block.

How important is the piston-to-squish areas? Thought the ideal distance was ~1mm? I know on the group a head its removed. Is squish areas an emissions thing or why did they go about it that way?

I used one in the past when I was running the LPG/30psi, the boost more than made up from any loss of squish but you do lose a bit of economy/drivability.
