Maybe problem with idle?

Okay so I went to start my car today after going to a friend's house to chat. I sit down turn the key and was about to throw it in reverse when it died. I tried twice more each time giving it more gas for a bit longer, but when I let off, the RPM's went down to about 500 for a couple of seconds then the car died. After that, it happened again when I left BurgerVille, after getting a delicious pumpkin milkshake:icon_bigg , just to find that, once again, it won't stay running.

Any help would be much appriciated.

check vac lines, check your tps, check to make sure the afm is connected. Also, sounds kind of dumb, but do you have gas?

Check the connection to the AFM. Also pull some codes because thats going to tell you right off the bat what the problem is. Go to this site, and it will tell you how to do so.

Also you can drive the vehicle? So it runs but eventually dies? You might have a vacuum leak. Check that the ISC is tightened down.
