Manual to Auto 2JZ Swap Question

I am strongly thinking of converting my 5 speed to auto. I found, via search, that the 1JZ and 2JZGE share the same bell housing according to Jeff Lange. This makes sourcing a bell housing for the A340E easy. However, I am unsure about the flywheel and torque convertor. What do I need to get? I assume the flywheel from a 2JZ-GE would work but will a A340E 7M torque convertor bolt to it?

No one has put a domestic A340E to a 1J/2J block?

Chris, talk to judodegolf about putting the aristo trans in the mkiii. You should be able to get that built like a mkiv trans pretty easy.

Thanks Justin....I will PM him. My only concern would be the ABS in the MKIII. I would like to keep it if possible and I am sure the Aristo/GS300 has rear sensors.
