Is it ok not to use the maftpro harness wire dedicated to tapping into the hac signal and just keep the stock hac sensor in place? Im just wondering?

Ok kool. Thanks for the quick reply. Just to safe there won't be any reduced performance from the maftpro if one keeps the stock setup?

What about on 89+ cars where the HAC is built into the ECU? Is there a link to a description on how to do the mod?

Search is bringing up no results for any write up.

I think I might be a fool, but I pulled out my ECU and there are no wires attached. Where are the wires for the HAC? I realize mine must be internal, but how do I attach the MAFT Pro to it?

'89+ ECUs must be hand modified if you want to break out the HAC signal. at some point i'll put together a nice writeup, but it's definitely not for the faint of heart/electronically declined.
