i am not about to read that 800 page thread to find this out-so does anyone know if the yellow wire on the MAF pro hooks up to anything? It doesnt in any of the wiring diagrams, but just want to make sure. Also does any one know the description of the resistor needed and its placement on the afm harness so no CEL is thrown?

Yellow wire doesn't go to anything. Also, you can connect a 2.2 ohm resistor between the terminals THA and E2 of the loose AFM connector in the engine bay or at the ECU to eliminate the Air Temp code.

the yellow wire IS used if you are using the MAFT pro in AFC or translator mode. the yellow wire is the MAF/AFM input wire.
