looking to get into a mk3 supra

Lots of good advice here. These are expensive cars to build / maintain and they are awful investments. But i love mine and can never see being without a mk3. Start with a nice clean one that runs and start saving to build another motor. You can build a nice 7m for the price of a properly done jz swap.

Hey pricklepuss, have you looked at the 1992 teal supra in the for sale section. This car has lots going for it. It is priced to move. This car is worth a road trip or plane ticket. IMO

if you do not have the money for it, believe me when I tell you (and as scottiedawg alluded to), if you have not scrounged up the money to buy the car, then you WILL have a hard time keeping the MKIII supra running.

the cars age require a ton of time and money investment in them. Once running they are reliable but to get them there will take a consorted effort on your part.

think long and hard before jumping into these cars.
