ok so i got my lexus afm. and im getting the injectors and afpr. for tunning do i realy need to replace the screw in the lexus afm with that one from sonic??? or is it not nessiceary???

Nope not at all!! Play with fuel pressure first then go from there. Honestly tuned right you should never have to adjust the screw. I have the AFM still and it's working fine.
