Well some may know and some my not but leecheater on the boards here is my uncle and I have been working on a 2jzgte swap for him for some time now.

Well today was the day we finally made it down to dyno with the car fighting us every step of the way.

So first we fill it up with E85 and the fuel tank starts leaking.... Great so we drain a bunch out and it stops leaking. Then a fuel supply line starts leaking. Luckily this was right outside of Robs place (92nsx) he came along and was very helpful today big thanks man.

So being the kickass guy Rob is he lets me take his cts-v to run back to my shop and make up a new line while they continued on to the dyno shop.
I got the line made met up with them by the dyno, replaced the line and we were ready to go.

Load it up on the dyno and get a base map working. The tuner starts to make a pull and it spikes lean. So he shut it down the instant it happened. (Very tentative and cautious tuner)

Start doing some trouble shooting one coil cracked. Alright I brought along extras, swapped that out. As well the fuel pressure was dropping when boost would hit. Well shit we have an A1000 pump, pull off the filter and sure as shit it is full of shit from the tank from sitting for a good period of time. Cleaned that out and the fuel pressure was solid.

Start doing some pulls and the tune was getting better and better. Then around 13psi we started to chop up again. Replaced the plugs and gaped them to .26 and found yet another coil cracked! did that and it was doing pretty good.

Then around 16psi the spark was starting to blow out again so we put new plugs in again with a gap of .20 this seemed to take care of the problem.

On the second to the last run we were able to make we ran 18psi and made 439rwhp and 393tq with nice AFR's

Then on the last run we blew out an oil seal down low and that was it for the day.

All in all a good day and now we have a streetable tune and a broken in engine. (currently sitting at 26miles all on the dyno)

It's awesome to see all the hard work paying off - now it's time to move on to certain other Supras in the St. Cloud area. :icon_bigg

That morning was pretty crazy! At least we made it down to the dyno to see what she had. Shane (dyno & tuneing master at DB performance) was pretty quick in getting the AEM programed and getting the 2jz running smooth. My hat is off to you Shane.

You forgot to add in that we had full boost before 3500 RPM's with the G35R.

Way to go Dan ( leecheater )!!!!! I know it has been a long time in the making. Now to find a way to keep the 2jz from spitting out seals at hi boost and your set.

On to some more pics.

Time to take a ride to DB.

what modds did you have done to it?

Quite a bit but a short list of the major items; 1200cc injectors, A1000 pump, FMIC , single GT35R turbo, AEM EMS.
