Okay a couple of things:

The compressor wheel is huge for just having a p-trim mated to it on the turbine side. And only capable of 80lbs/min?! That's not really a lot for being a compressor that big.

My t-70 flows 84lbsmin. And normal 67mm flow 75lbs/min.

IMO I'd go with something like the agp zeta 3.2. Flows 77lbs/min. And it's the size of a 64mm turbo. Way faster spool, and it's matted to a p-trim.

I sent them an email asking about the internals, and this is what they sent back.

"The compressor housing is from china that is the only Chinese part. The turbine wheel, bearing housing, turbine housing and backplate are USA The bearings thrust bearing and seals etc are from UK. The turbos are assembled and balanced here at our facility. I do offer a 6 month warranty

The reason I am looking at this is price, I can afford the agp zeta 3.2 as it's nearly 3 times as much. I am most likely going to find a well known/proven used one that's in my price range. Just thought I would get some opinions on this EBAY turbo. Thanks for the reply
