Is this a good buy???

Im new here n i dont own a supra yet. im looking at this one right here so tell me what ya think

It has 117,441 mi.
Here’s a list of what I’ve done about 2000 miles ago: (around 115,500 mi)
• New head gasket set, including intake, turbo, & valve cover.
• New oil pan gasket.
• New trans pan gasket.
• New belts.
• New rack & pinion.
• New throttle position sensor.
• New fuel pressure regulator.
• New knock sensor.
• New spark plugs.
• New thermostat.
• New headlights and fog lights.
• New lower ball joints.
• New Tires (Goodyear Assurance TripleTread P225/50/16)
• Rebuilt starter solenoid
• Front end alignment
$5300 ::fundy::

oh yeah and he DOES have the recipts from all this work. let me kn ow what ya think. thanks

looks like a nice clean car, 5k sounds a bit steep even with all that work done. However if the head gasket was done right that will save you alot of trouble and or money later.

Second one if you want the great blue whale ricer effect...

I've never seen the first one around, could be decent.
Give the owner a call and see if they know what condition the headgasket is in.

Either way, 2500 is pretty cheap

I'd walk in 3200 cash. No take oh well. Looks nice. But like said for tag asked for no.

Poor blue book on my 92 is 5g. I wouldn't try for anything more than 4 g if you really want it

everything installed is OEM. Head gasket is OEM. I thought it was a little over priced to. im pretty sure the engine is stock cept for that boost controller. but idk. this is my first supra n i want one in good condition. Hard to find one with no rust. thanks alot fellas

Hmmm, in the long run your gonna be playing with that headgesket again.. But considering the new stuff.. If the bodys clean and all parts installed by someone trusted. I would go 4 cash. That's me tho.

yeah he had all the parts installed profesionally so i mean after labor and price of parts everything installed probably came out to be close to 4 grand. im gunna see what i can do to drop the price but he doesnt budge im buying it, ive been waiting to damn long for a supra in good cond. lol

I would never pay that.It's a pretty high price for a do do brown supra with tan interior.Keep looking you could find something a lot nicer for that price or a car in the same shape for a lot less.

yeah i been looking around for a while and cant seem to find any around here that are not rust buckets or need 4 grand worth of work to get right before i mod it. there are plenty around the U.S but i am hesitant to have a car shipped to me if i havnt seen it in person. im gunna keep lookin. im not a fan of the Mr. Hanky paint either but its just paint haha. n i kinda like the tan interior. idk im a noob

definitely aftermarket, you can get one at Pepboys, or check out eBay..
