Is my turbo going bad?

It looks a little wobbly. You think I can open it up and shim the shaft with some duct tape to minimize the wobble? I saw on Mythbusters that you can fix or create anything with duct tape.

On a serious note, yeah... it's done. No, I can't afford to buy another turbo right now. Oh well. I can always try to rebuild myself with a rebuild kit found on ebay, and send out the turbine & compressor assembly for balancing. We have a diesel turbo rebuild shop locally that can balance it. I'm telling you guys if it ain't one thing its another.

Yeah, number cylinder has 9% leakage; car is stumbling cause of crude tune on MAPECU; exhaust leak; power steering leak; shocks are worn; I can go on and on. Don't want to bore you guys. I wish I could do everything I want to this car the "right" way, but money doesn't grow on trees in this household.
