Been stalking Craigslist recently for MKIII
Seen an ad for a 86.5 Supra Non Turbo Model
Car is just a shell and doesn't come with motor/tranny
His story was a friend bought and planned to put a 2jz etc but he went with a SC300/400 instead and he bought off him. He can no longer keep the car since his landlord wants it out of the house.
Dude is selling for $800 but he brought it down to $600 when I pointed out rust in the trunk.
He is desperate to sell by the end of this week or else he is parting it out.

No motor no trans. Undesirable year.

I wouldn't pay more than 300.

Only good thing about it is that it's light. If I wanted a track car I'd buy a 86.5

That car has lived it's life of usefulness as a whole. Let it go quietly and keep looking. I'm sure it will serve a far better purpose as a parts car, than an absolute migraine wallet drain in your hands.

if the trunk looks like it does I would pull these off to also have a look underneath... both sides....
