Well I bought a 89 MK3 Turbo 5-spd its red with gray interior, and after owning it for 2 days I went to replace the power steering belt and in the process arched the alt tensioner to the positive battery post and now the car gets no fuel. I did the Fp to B+ and nothing happened and I changed the fuel pump relay, main relay and the open circuit relay, I get power to the EFI fuse and IGN fuse. I also checked the fuel pump and it works if I hook it up to a battery but if hooked to the car nothing. I get spark on all the plugs so no problem with spark. If you have any ideas let me know. I can get the car to start if I hook the fuel pump to a battery so its a electrical problem.

Thanks.

Might want to post this in the 7mGTE forums, LOTS more responses will come from there... but did you try bypassing the fuel pump relay? to see if maybe the wire broke somewhere?
