First, Question

This takes power steering fluid from the reservoir correct?

Second, in this link is says you can use a 94 Maxima power steering pressure line but
it uses a banjo type fitting and i thought here shown in the picture below it needs to screw in.
What am i missing here?

Third, Are these vacuum lines of some sort? What are these for and are they needed?

Well two of your 3 links take me to gmail, so cant help you there. About the bajo fitting though, your arrow is pointing at the return line. Actually the arrow is pointing to the pressure line after all, but it is a banjo fitting, you must be looking at the line above that which is the return

First pic is from the reservoir yes, second pic cant help you, third pic is the idle up valve. One port goes to filtered intake air, the other to a vac line, when you turn it opens up and allows the engine rpm to raise so it doesnt stall.

Idle up control for the power steering. When you're sitting at idle and turn the wheel, this uses the vac signal to slightly raise the idle so the car doesn't stall.

To use the maxima pressure line, you need a banjo bolt. The bolt goes through the fitting on the PS line and threads into the port on your 2nd picture.
