no one? i need to know i bought an 89 ignitor for rebuilding my burnt car. i am asking becasue i came across a post calling it the gray plug ignitor and i am assuming there are 2 different ones. i know that there are two different wiring depending on the year of your car. i just dont want to put it all together and have a no start problem due to a $50 ignitor when i have spent a couple thoudsand just fixing the car.

It will work. Toyota changed the color of almost all the body plugs to gray mid 89, but generally it had no effect on the parts. The igniter is the same across all years for the turbo car.
