Intake - 100
Exhaust - 800
BIC DDP recirc/coated/flex section - 600
Boost controller - 200 (used)
Ceramic Brake pads and performance disks - 500
Whiteline Sway bars - 300 (less if sourced used)
shocks/springs - 650
MkIV TT rims - 300
Wide ass tires - 1500
Energy suspension bushings - 150

Total: $5100

So I blew the budget by $100... In reality, you'd have alot more with shipping costs and all that. But, that's what I would do. Wait... I've already done most of that list :sarcasm: Just need some bushings and a DDP

My question to you is how is the paint and interior on your car? If you have a rebuilt motor, start on other things like paint and interior and maybe some wheels.

Get a maft pro system for about $650 Or Lex AFM and AFC ~$400
Get a IC Kit for $350-$400, ebay ic and pipe kit, you just have to cut and make fit
Buy some 550 injectors $400
Buy a new engine wiring harness $400 (best money I have ever spent)
Buy some suspension ~$650
Buy some wheels and Tires ~1200 or less if you find some you like that some one is selling.
Intake $100
Exhaust, turbo dp $300 cat back $350 get one custom made
MBC $70
Boss Turbo $1200
Clutch $450-$550
Walbro FP $110

You don't need cams for what you want to do. The Boss turbo will get you your 400rwhp plus be able to get close to 500rwhp with these mods you'll be able to do that with a good motor. Make sure you have everything that is in good shape too, like you power steering and ball joints and brakes.

I got mine for ~$450 from Champion Toyota a couple of years ago, and like he said, "best money I ever spent". :)

why? Were your cars butchered that bad? All of my supras I've had i've had 0 problems with the harnesses. One wasn't the best shape either but worked 100% and had 0 issues.

If staying 7m, well.. 2000 worth of headgaskets and 3000 worth of coolant...

haha, no really.

so many people saying 57 trim ct.will this turbo get you to 400 whp?i'm just wondering because i just replaced a 60-1 ct with the 57 trim ct.
maybe the sp61gt line of bolt on turbo's would be better for you.

really? what were you making with the 60-1? doesn't that flow better than the 57 trim?

Ive had a buddy in town here have his 60-1 rebuilt 4 or 5 times now. Just not reliable enough for a daily driver IMO.

With BPU for me, I put down 402rwhp before i pulled the engine apart. Thats on a stock fuel pump, 93 octane gas and MBC in 80% humidity in FL.

560's, 3" turbo elbow-DP-exhaust, xtd clutch plate, Home made hardpipes, SSQV, stock intercooler, MBC to 10 psi, 57trim/t4 turbonetics housing CT Turbo

I made 380rwhp with my 57+1jz. The wastegate was opening at 10psi and boost was creeping in the top end to 16-17. We ported the wastegate a bit already but I'll be switching to an external wastegate soon and then I'll also be able to finally turn up the boost. I'm not going to make that many other changes, but it will definitely make over 400rwhp the next time it goes back on the dyno.

I like what alot of people have put here- here's my list, and not much different from the others:
MAFT PRO w/ speed density & boost harness ~700
Titan/ HKS MHG ~150
ARP's for head ~150
Synapse Sychronic BOV ~250
Spearco replica IC and metal piping ~450
CT-57 ~650
Comp Cams BBC inner valve springs ~75
6-puck clutch set ~300
stainless brake lines and clutch line ~175
550cc injectors ~500
BIC DP ~250
RSR or Tanabe exhaust ~600
Whiteline swaybars ~300
electronic boost gauge ~125
APEXi intake ~200
thermostatic oil cooler system w/lines ~300
new oil pump and piston squirters ~250
AFPR ~200
Walbro ~100

Oops....$5725....I guess you could go with a different BOV and hold off on the injectors with your power goals, but this is my list and I like it. :crazy1:

What's this 400rwhp car have for tires and rims?

for now, stock sawblades with some z rated yokohama rubber.
i really like the adr m sports, im thinking 18x7.5 in the rear with 18x7 up front.
probably gonna be one of my last upgrades though, im kinda going for the sleeper look for now. waaaaay too many of these kids in their mommy and daddy bought wrx's and srt's cruising around sd, asking to get smoked. hell, half of them don't even know what kind of car im driving. they weren't even born when the car was made... its funny, i still get told from time to time that my car's not a supra, "dosen't look like the car from the fast and the furious"
better recognize...

haha... i like it too supraguy. not too shabby, though i plan on saving with the exhaust as i have a friend who works at a muffler shop and i plan on just buying a nice muffler and having them weld up some 3" pipe from the BIC ddp all the way back. so that brings it back to right around $5k. well done.

wow, there's some really good ideas here. thanks for all the input so far guys, i definitely have some thinking to do now. decisions, decisions...
