Once my car starts warming up my idle will all of the sudden drop to almost running.. it will stuble a few seconds and will rev up again. When the car is cold the idle is silky smooth, in between stumbling it is really smooth. Then it will just choke again and repeat. This has been going on for a while. Before my turbo upgrade etc.

Here are my mods:

87 turbo supra
lipp/boss 54 trim turbo
greddy profec b spec II
safcII
lex/550 inj
3" full exh
apexi filter
spearco i/c
afpr
magnecore wires
denso plugs
removed egr/charcoal canister

The problem is real intermittent. I am leaning towards isc. Is there a possiblity the esc could leak coolant into the intake?

I dont drive the car daily. Just get everything in and working right and gotta straighten out some of these issues.

It's extremely unlikely that the ISC is leaking coolant into the intake.

Check for engine error codes. What's your Vf looking like at idle?

Runs good cold and bad when warm is almost always NTC thermistor related. The coolant temp sensors can be bad, but not out the specified operating range. Such as high resistance, but not open. Check with an ohm meter when the car is warm.
