hydro-fan control unit

hey guys i wanted to know what is a hydro-fan for?

does the motor really need it?

Thats your cooling fan. Kind of a necessary part. There is hydraulics run from your waterpump that turn your cooling fan which is where the term " hydro-fan " comes from. If your is toast then you can probably find a used one but otherwise just grab a waterpump from a 2JZ and run either electric fan or a 2jz clutch fan.

i kinda thought thats what it was but wanted to make sure about it, plus i was already planing on going electric fans
