How much power will a 3" exhaust, downpipe ,and boost controller set at 8 psi roughly give me on my 90 turbo automatic?

stock auto in great shape got me 190 wheel hp. it makes sense considering you lose 40 hp through the transmission
i did 4 runs with g-timer tuned to perfection and i got 190, 191, 189, and 190 hp readings.
with those mods probabbly something like 230-240 to the wheels. and maybe somthing like 270 crank.
automatics put down less hp than manuals but we put down more torque.

Power is calculated based on torque, you can't put down more torque without putting down more power. If you put down less power, you put down less torque.
Unless of course you mean by gearing, in which case you can have higher torque at the same power, but speed will be lower.

I think he was refering to how although the auto tranny pump takes power, it also multiplies it back
all i remember is seeing the numbers on the old forum of a comparison of the auto vs the 5sp and the 5spd lost 15 -20 hp through the gears and the auto lost 40 in hp but on the numbers the torque # was higher on the auto then it was on the 5sp. so yea what orion said.
well what about intake,exhaust, lexus afm and 550ccs at 11 psi. that will be my setup in about 2 weeks
after I get my new o2 sensor ( new egt gauge too) , n/a cams, and the S-AFC and two more washers on my motor I am ( and my father too) going get my car dyno'd at a dyno jet within a month or so....aiming for 16lbs of boost...350ish to the wheels.
