If you don't have a torch or are unfamiliar with brazing, JB weld epoxy it after you have ground or filed the hole out.

as previously stated, prepwork is key. i used a tiny little bit of JB on my guitar, on which the string places 33lbs of tension, and it was a TINY amount. playing shows with the band and swingin' that sucka all over the place, plus traveling and whatnot, it hasn't broken yet...

make sure you have a clean surface, with no residue.

Typical jb weld wont setup 100% for at least 24 hours.

You can take it to your local radiator shop and have it soldered or brazed if they know what they are doing...

Or....

Instead of Jb weld go to the local hardware store and buy some 5 minute quick epoxy.
I used it on mine and haven't had any problems yet.

yeah, my buddy got a hole in his and used jb weld, he applied it with a plastic bag and part of it got stuck on, it's been almost half a year and he hasn't had a problem with it since
