Hose identification

Can someone identify this hose for me (see attached image, it's the black one behind the red ones). I just had my A/C system fixed and it is leaking what looks like water now. Is this normal or should I be worried?

no thats the hose to the heater core. Its engine coolant, you need to fix it.

It appears to be leaking as if it wasn't clamped down well enough. The hose isn't visibly cracked. It doesn't look like there is anything wrong with the clamp either though... I'm wondering if the shop bumped it while replacing the starter.
