[strike]Im pretty sure nothing goes there its just a hole, probably for assy from the factory. no need to worry about it nothing will leak or anything because the oil pan goes around it.[/strike]

No, that's going to be open directly to the pan.

Need to see from the bottom of the block, I can't remember exactly what it goes to but IIRC it's the end bushing for the oil pump.

Thanks for the pics Kotu100! I didn't have any of them around i went to the $tealership today and me and the parts guy looked for about a half hour and couldn't figure out what is was. It was hot tanked but it was still in there after it was tanked it went missing at the machine shop when they were decking the block along with the pins in the top of the block that we talked about him taking out and saving. I think the machine shop should pay for the plug and pins if they can't find them. What do yall think?
Here are some more pics

And this one is in ass backwards.......
The little jet hole needs to point at the drive gear for lube.
That bushing is supplied by the hole up through the pump shaft, and is supposed to spray oil down on the pump drive gears.
The way it is shown in the picture, it is just pissing on the inside of the block.

This it actually put in the right way there is a smaller pin hole that is opposite of the indentation that you can see in this picture
