Well, you've got .762mm shaved, so stock (1.2mm) + shaved (0.762mm) means 2.0mm would give you (about) stock compression. I'd opine that 1.8-2.0 would be in the acceptable range.

Bump this back up agian I'm gunna be going with the 1.9mm cometic. The block has been bored .20 over to my probe pistons. So I'm guessing I should run the 86mm bore size hg

or should I run the 84mm stock bore size?

Stock bore is 83mm. .020 over is 83.5mm. .040 over is 84mm. An 84mm bore hg is good for up to .040 over. You still want as much material as you can have between the cylinders, as there's not a lot of extra to begin with. The 84mm bore leaves a bit of extra, but not too much.
