So, I've had the engine out of the '87 Turbo to do the head gasket and now I have a problem in the wiring I believe. When I put the battery post on, the relay next to the igniter box chatters. The key does not have to be on for it to do this so I fear I have put something in the wrong place. Not many wires that dont plug into something, really. A few ground spots and the starter is about all I can remember that actually bolt down. Any ideas to guide me in a direction would be great. Also, it isnt getting spark but I have 12v going to coils. Im assuming this is all related. Thanks.

There is a small bundle of wires going to a ring terminal over near the starter, White with a Black Trace where have you connected these?
I hope ground if they are white/black LOL

Also I forgot to mention, when I jump the B+ and Fp in Diag. block, the relay goes silent and the pump runs.
