long story short.......
i have a rebuilt 7m with about 8,000 miles on it. completely gone through....
everything is new and has eagle rods, forged oversize pistons, new shimmed oil pump, titan mhg, decked head and block.
new 60-1 ct26, 1000cc injectors, aem ver 1, etc...

the car started smoking on decel before i parked it for the winter. i pulled the turbo off and found the thrust washer had ALOT of in and out play. had it rebuilt with the driftmotion kit, 360 thrust, etc...

now the car smokes between shifts ALOT. it doesn't seem like oil at all. and it never did this before.
i found a loose vacuum line that was causing the map sensor to be off and make the car rich. i fixed that, but the thing smokes like a champ between full throttle shifts....i think it's fuel.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS ON WHAT IT COULD BE?
any help is greatly appreciated.
thanks..... kevin

MAP sensor? So you are not running TCCS? And it doesn't smoke during decel now, only during a shift? Are you sure it doesn't smoke during decel?

If the turbo is rebuilt it could be the valve stem seals but it from what you describe it is a tune issue with those injectors. They might be staying open while the throttle is closed.
