Help car wont start

not quiie sure whats wrong but my car wont start it is a 1991 supra twin turbo R (1jz) fully charged battery clean terminals.. when i turn the key everything works radio, dashlights, headlights, taillights, signals, a/c, ect but the motor wont crank at all i conected a charger on jump start setting still nothin.. it ran when i parked it since then i have had the iacv (idle air control valve) off to clean and put back on not sure whats goin on any suggestions would be great.. thanks!

starter not engaging? manual or auto?

Manual and no the starter is not engaging all I hear is a very quiet click when I first turened the key to the start position

If the engine isnt cranking you have a open some where in your ignition circuit, check the EFI fuse in the engine bay fuse box first if thats good then investigate further down the line in the ignition circuit.
