Do you have water in your oil? If not then you should be good...unless you WANT to rebuild the engine. It's up to you. If you HAVE WATER IN YOUR OIL, you might want to think about possibly a rebuild. Some say water and oil cause rod knock later on for sure, but I have not found proof of this. It's your desision on that. Just know that you need to resurface your head and clean the block throughly....don;t rush it and get arp headbolts/studs and properly torque them down. Should have no problems. Good luck
