Head Job

I'm pretty pumped up right now!
I just removed my old valve seals of my head. I know to put in new seals and machine the head, but:
Do i have to get new keepers? and do i have to get new washers? (by that I mean the shaped washers under the springs)

Not unless there is something wrong with your stock ones. New seals, machine surface and you're good to go! Move out soldier!!!
